Be Still
The unfamiliar roads that we find ourselves on throughout the ever changing seasons of our lives can sometimes prove to be unsettling. Situations can overwhelm our souls, leaving our hearts and minds to wander around with a lingering sense of bewilderment and many unanswered questions. A handful of unforeseen developments can leave us simply wondering why. A sudden change in the health of yourself or a loved one. A storm that just doesn't know when to quiet down. (ie. multiple trying situations happening all at once.) Having to adjust to a "new normal" that you were not prepared for. The last bullet point statement is one that I know has affected absolutely everyone in some way. The Lord has laid a lot of messages on me that pertain to the condition of the heart, and I hope my words will be the light of encouragement that someone's heart needs.
